Proof of at least 50% deposit payment, must be forwarded to Alcazaba Lodges 24 hours prior to arrival, to the hotel email to secure bookings, failing which the booking will be cancelled and the room allocated to the next guest. 

For Same day bookings the proof of 50 % deposit payment must be received by the hotel within 2hrs of the time of the booking.

A 50 rand refundable deposit will be charged on checkin for remotes and key cards. Lost cards will be charged at R100 per card. Lost remotes will be charged at R250 per remote.

Any damages to fixtures or fittings will be charged to the client on checkout. 

Cancellations Policy:

Within 72 hours will be charged at 50% of booking fee.  

No refunds or cancellations will be allowed within 24Hrs of checkin. 

No refunds for shortened stays
